Sutton Hoo is of major historical site and very important to the NT and it has an excellent museum and a walk around the burial mounds. The group helped prepare the site before it opened and now maintain the surroundings. Follow links for more on history.

Work: Building paths around the site, planting trees and fence building. For 3 years the MegaBash was held here and involved pulling Ragwort. 

Directions: Take xx. If there is a ticket attendent, explain you are there to do voluntary work. Park your car and walk through to wooden enclosure straight ahead (to left of tea rooms).
